CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Eklipz. We strive to provide the highest quality products, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. However, due to the nature of our products being cosmetic and personal care items, we cannot accept returns.
Reasons for No Returns:
1. Hygiene and Sanitation: Cosmetic products cannot be resold once opened or used, ensuring the health and safety of our customers.
2. Product Integrity: Returned products may compromise the integrity of our products, affecting their quality and effectiveness.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the product. Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Refund/ replacement for goods is subject to inspection and checking by our team. It is essential that you thoroughly inspect your package upon pick up. If you notice any signs of damage to the package, we kindly request that you do not accept it.
- Wrong Product Shipment: If you receive a different product than ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will correct the shipment.
Before Making a Purchase:
1. Review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully.
2. Contact our customer service team if you have questions or concerns.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities (please patch test)
- Product not meeting personal preferences
We process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. We will refund within 10 days of us receiving the products back.
To return products:
- Place your items in original packaging.
- Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
- Make sure you seal it properly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

Opened/ used/ altered products.

Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.

The damaged/ missing product is reported after 3 days from the date of delivery.
